Remote connection by Kentix service engineer:
  • Commissioning, configuration, migration, ReST-API
  • Technical project support, training and instruction
  • Remote connection takes place via Internet connection and remote maintenance software (TeamViewer)
  • The call takes place with order-number and your appointment. Please note a lead time of approx. 1-2 weeks
  • Service is only possible in one block
