Please note: Due to the limited number of places, only one participant per partner company is possible. This ensures that as many of our partners as possible can take part in the event.

Participation in the event is free of charge, only travel costs, accommodation and personal extras must be paid by the participants themselves. Registration is binding. Cancellation of participation is only possible free of charge up to one week before the event. As we plan and book your place and catering in advance, we will have to charge a no-show fee of 249 euros if you do not attend. It is possible to transfer the booked place to another person from your company. In this case, please let us know the name of the participant.
