Seamless integration of IP video cameras into Kentix systems - event-synchronous images and alarms

Kentix systems detect dangers at an early stage, report them immediately or register authorised and unauthorised access. Video recording in parallel with alarms and events enables rapid assessment of critical conditions, even in distributed systems. In conjunction with the additional measurement data, this is done particularly reliably.Kentix systems take advantage of continuous IP-based systems and can directly access video data from IP network cameras. These are continuously recorded.

In the event of an incident, images before and after the event can be merged, stored and transmitted. The advantage is the synchronous information from measurement data and image data in one system; this eliminates the need to search in an external video memory.

The cameras focus automatically - quickly and reliably - and can adjust to any scene thanks to their unique algorithm. Since the camera focuses itself, there is no need for manual focusing on site.

The cameras uses state-of-the-art image processing technology to give you 4MP videopictures of the highest quality. Thanks to WDR, more details are captured even in challenging lighting situations, e.g. in entrance areas, loading zones or data centers.

The network cameras can be easily integrated into KentixONE and assigned to alarm zones or doors. The camera delivers images with full HD resolution and is ideal for monitoring indoor-outdoor areas due to the adjustable focal length (FOV 35-95°). Especially under dark lighting conditions, almost all crucial image details are captured thanks to the LED infrared illuminator (up to 25m).
