Water leakage sensor for Kentix systemport
- Plug 'n Play connection
- Sensor sensitivity adjustable
- 5-fold cascadable
- Monitored for cable break
How does leakage monitoring work?
The leakage sensor is connected to the systemport (SYSPORT) of a Kentix device and continuously records the conductivity via several electrodes. The connection is made via a standard patch cable and can thus also be easily "patched" into existing cabling.
The leakage sensor also has a 10m or 20m sensor cable whose integrated sensors detect water ingress at an early stage along the entire length of the sensor cable. The leakage sensor can be cascaded up to 5 times and is therefore also suitable for large rooms.

I/O expansion modules
The I/O expansion modules connect to an AlarmManager-PRO or SiteManager via Ethernet and are used to connect external alarm messages. The communication and power supply is done via Ethernet with PoE. Thus, the module can be mounted anywhere in the local network.
The configuration is done in the KentixONE web interface. The module offers simple IP configuration and testing of the inputs/outputs without additional software via the integrated web server.
