KENTIX uses a sector on the MIFARE® DESFire® EV2 card / token to create increased security in the use of KENTIX RFID cards / tokens with an additional readable security application. KENTIX is able to make security applications on Mifare Desfire cards in KENTIX systems that are already in use at customers' sites usable in order to counteract the logistically time-consuming exchange of cards that have already been distributed.
